    Update git submodules
    
    * Update puppet-openstack-integration from branch 'master'
      - Merge "Use Ussuri for Ubuntu"
      - Use Ussuri for Ubuntu
    
        This patch makes ubuntu tests use Ussuri since it is the latest
        version available now. The version will be bumped to victoria once
        Victoria release is available in Cloud Archive.
